I was hesitant with the idea of speaking to a counsellor when I needed help. Worrying it would be difficult to talk to someone about how I was feeling. However, my sessions with Michelle were nothing like I had anticipated. She was very welcoming and easy to open up to. Her genuine and comfortable personality allowed me to feel at ease when talking to her and working through my concerns. I now feel that I have the tools to allow me to cope in ways that make me feel confident about myself and my capabilities.
